Have your machine serial number handy, this will allow us to accurately research the correct parts or retrofit components.
When can I reach the aftermarket parts team?
- The parts team is available to answer your questions from 6:00 am – 4:30 pm CST
Can my Matrix machine do “This…”?
- Talk to one of our friendly aftermarket parts team members and ask about retrofit & upgrade options for your machine. Customers are often surprised by the options available and what they can do for your machine.
How can I save $$ on parts?
- Talk to one of our friendly aftermarket parts team members and ask for a review of previous purchases. The team will analyze your purchases and make recommendations for automatic or routine ordering that will save you time and shipping costs.
“I bought a used Matrix VFFS machine, will Matrix supply parts and service?”
- Absolutely! Matrix supplies parts and service for all Matrix VFFS machines ever built, and if you are ever looking at a used Matrix machine be sure to call us. We will give you a backstory on that machine and help to ensure you are buying the machine that best fits your needs.
"Are parts going to be available and stocked?"
- Like our machines, we manufacture all our components in house. No outsourcing. We have kept this process internal for 35 year to better support our customers and to make sure what they need can get to them quickly.
